It started with replacing the faucets and trims in the downstairs bathroom because of a horrible leak.... of course there is some wierd cheap brand of faucet we need to get at plumbing supply so we couldn't finish the job.
And we finally started to see what needed to be done in master bath since the shower basin was cracked and leaking - this is what we find under it - no stable floor, those boards in the back are not supported in any way - just ridiculous. There were actual paint sticks just thrown underneath and random molding pieces...
