so this is the lawn sofar the side section i had to dig up with a shovel and carry 10 garbage bins full to the back park.
The next shot is the reseed of the main part of the front that died off overt the summer
this last shot is to show you how the fescue is doing "not so well" i fertilized and next week am going to air rate and put top soil and seed before the winter comes along with the back yard.

A fescue will want constant watering to establish if still hot.
I have oversown my front with tall fescue. Left a soaker hose on it and turn it on for 5mins during the morning and if it dries 5 mins at night. Getting good germination.
Get yourself a 50 buck battery timer to keep it alive next summer. Hate to undo all that hard work!!!

fail, it grew in but the other half pritty much remains the same.
